IEEE Society/Council Sections within IEEE Access
IEEE Society/Council (S/C) Sections within IEEE Access are collections of articles that focus on an IEEE S/C’s fields of interest, and are grouped together on IEEE Xplore. Article submissions will be processed by a topically focused Associate Editor from that IEEE Society/Council. These sections are a permanent feature of IEEE Access and will be open for submissions continuously.
Any researcher who is specialized in the IEEE Society/Council field can submit an article to the section. Articles submitted to these sections require the same submission and acceptance criteria, and undergo the same rigorous peer review process as regular articles submitted to IEEE Access. During article submission on the IEEE Author Portal, authors should select the IEEE S/C Section from the pull-down menu of “Manuscript type” in the first page of the submission process.
